But I don't know what these are called or how to cook them up. Seems like some kind of cross between sweet potato and cassava??? I got a bunch for free at that farm up in Cayo when the farmer wasn't home. I gots to stew some and plant some but need suggestions...
Erenesto and Romona (the weekly veggie truck) told me to plant some about 2" deep and the should grow good in my sand/sandy loam. Sooooo.... I put in 3 rows. Another beach farm experiment from:
