At 3 AM on the Vernal Eqinox,we had a Maya Shaman doing a spritiual ceremony. He found my lost brain, and then burned it
But seriously, the NICH sponsored event was very cool and the Maya ceremony was awesome.
I am not much of a superstitious guy, but very interesting to me, all the pics we took of the Shaman are totally blacked out on my camera
Above is the cleansing fire-walk ceremony. Below, well, I don't really know

Girls getting ready. My Old Hen helped the gals put on kimonos and tie the obies. Wearing them correctly is not easy. Ah luv these gals but Old hen kicked me out of the dressing room. Damnit! My Old Hen is so sweet until she is bad and kicks me out...
Performance, getting set up
Kenny Keno-son preparing
Miles Endo-san joins in.
These guys beat the heck out of them drums.
They did traditional classical drumming, Lion Dance, Several traditional and new compositions. When the Pantampers Steel Orchestra palyed and then the Endo-sans played with the orchestra it was just amazing.
Had a great seat up in the box with the Ambassador. Also my bally Mr. Solis was there and took good care of me and the Old Hen. The NICH Director was there. I have to give a big-up shout out to Ms. Asako Solis who did a great job corordinating this event along withThe Embassy of Japan and The Japan Foundation. Many people helped and I don't know all of them, but it was a very awesome event...
