Ice Cream

There are a couple places here in Belize make good ice cream.  That place in Placencia, I don't recall the name, has good ice cream.  No disrespect but nobody makes it like my home-made.

Starting the main ingredants

Got it cooked up

Now it's time to begin churning.  As a kid we did this by hand.  but now we have electric churners

Ohhh!  Looking good

Final resort.  Chocolate ice cream and one with penuts in it.  Was goning to have bananas but someone ate them all

Now it's time to clean up ha ha ha

Ms. Lido starts to bury her bone.  but when she she's me watching and taking pics she pick it up and run and hide.  not just once, she re-hid he bone twice.

After she saw I was taking pics, she took the boon and hid under the guestt house.  Later when she didn't think I was watching she moved it behind the banana plants.

Ms. Lilli:  Thought you might like to see this from today.  Miss Mocha with her deer bone.  She is so happy.  This is fresh from what I got from the bush last night.  I have to keep the dogs seperated as they like to play with each other, but there are a few things Lidi will fight over.  If he feels me, my wife, or any of out pacy is threatened -- and he will damn sure fight over his bone. They share food but I can't get them to share a bone yet!

Flag

Gosh, I guess I have more freedom in my adoptive country than in the USA.  HOAs and Govt in the States say you can't fly flags or put up a cross.  Can't pray or mention God or do Pledge anymore?

Out of respect for my adoptive country I only fly my big capitol hill flag on July 4 and Sept 11.

Unfortunately now it seems my lil puppy is better at guarding our flag than than the current US president.

And we have respect for private property here.

No "brotherhood" of any kind" is taking my flag down.  I'm the only one will lower her.  And she'll be back up July 4 2013.

And next I'll honor Belize Independence Day on Sept 21 2012.
